My support rate is £20 per hour.

Business Support - I have a wealth of experience from management within civilian and military backgrounds including Project Manager of a £118m aircraft equipment and software project, implementing "lean" methodology within a factory environment and holding airworthiness responsibility for military aircraft. Since leaving the RAF in 2006, I have successfully project managed (and did the work myself including plumbing and electrical work) the alterations to install 2 large en-suite bedrooms to our house and jointly manage our B&B (including the accounts) and running my web design business.

I am available to undertake temp work within your business whether to provide an inject of manhours to get you back up to date (£15 per hour) or to review your computer systems, files and networks or investigate your working procedures and processes to identify areas of duplication or waste. I can provide a report on my findings and make recommendations, based on your needs, for streamlining your business ultimately saving you time and money.
